Dr Mohamed M. Shlebik Secretary General Libyan Civil Aviation Authority

Dr Mohamed Shlebik is the Secretary General of the Civil Aviation Authority in Libya since October 2003. Prior to that, he was the Director of Air Transport Department.
Dr Mohamed has obtained his Ph.D. degree in Transporting Science from Budapest Technical University.
Born in Tripoli, Libya in March 1959, Dr Mohamed speaks Arabic and English.
